Basic structure and composition

The clutch plate is mainly composed of friction material, steel plate and shock-absorbing spring (in some clutch plates with shock-absorbing function). The friction material is the part that directly contacts the flywheel and the pressure plate. It is generally made of organic materials (such as asbestos-based materials, but due to the harmfulness of asbestos, it is gradually replaced by asbestos-free materials), semi-metallic materials or ceramic materials. The steel plate is used as a supporting skeleton. Performance characteristics
