The working principle of the clutch booster pump is to transfer the oil pressure to the clutch through the reciprocating motion of the piston, thereby helping the driver to operate the clutch more easily. ‌ When the engine is working, the oil inside the pump body is driven to one side of the piston. As the piston reciprocates, the oil is squeezed into the oil level cavity on the other side, forming pressure. When the pressure reaches a certain level, the clutch booster pump can provide enough pressure to the clutch, and transmit the oil pressure to the clutch operating parts through the connecting rod between the pump body and the piston.

The structure and working process of the clutch booster pump include the following key parts:

• 1. Oil supply: The clutch booster pump usually consists of a pump body and a piston. When the engine is working, the oil inside the pump body is driven to one side of the piston.
• 2. Piston movement: The crankshaft of the engine drives the piston to reciprocate. When the piston moves in one direction, the oil in the pump body is squeezed into the oil level cavity on the other side of the piston.
