Direct Replacement:Issues such as thinning friction discs due to wear, clutch slippage, power loss, friction disc ablation or carbonization, broken damping springs, abnormal transmission noise and spline wear or stripped teeth all require the simultaneous replacement of the three-piece clutch kit: the clutch disc, pressure plate and release bearing.

Maintenance Points

Clean the friction surfaces of the flywheel and pressure plate to remove oil, grease and carbon deposits before assembly.
